Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. The free plan includes paper trading with $100,000 in virtual cash, so you can watch a bot run on real market data before any bot touches real money.

What does “first month $1” mean?

New customers subscribing on the web pay $1 for the first month of Starter, Pro or Elite. The subscription then renews automatically at the plan’s regular monthly price until you cancel. The offer is one per customer and does not apply to the Founders purchase.

Do you offer annual plans?

Yes — annual plans are available in the app, on the pricing screen after you sign in.

What payment methods do you accept?

On the web we accept major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay, processed by Stripe. Subscriptions bought inside our iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Manage Plan, and your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

What brokerages are supported?

VibeTrader connects directly to Alpaca (US stocks, ETFs and crypto), Tradier (US equities and options) and Charles Schwab (US equities and options), and to a wider set of US brokerages — including Interactive Brokers, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Robinhood and Public — through our brokerage connection partner, on every plan. VibeTrader places orders at your broker; it never holds your money and cannot withdraw funds.

What happens if I cancel or my plan lapses?

Your account, your bots and their history stay with you on the free plan. Live trading stops and any live bots are paused; paper bots continue within the free limits.
